Miriam Gilson began her interest in health through athletics. This path brought health into perspective for her. It brought a positive state of mind and insight to the body that she would continue to pursue throughout her life and help bring to others.  

 

She took an interest in Sports Medicine at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She used this knowledge-base later to become an ACE personal trainer, which supported her while earning her Master's Course in Oriental Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA.

Mrs. Gilson has since opened up shop around the world. Some highlights of her career are volunteering in Guatemala, where she works to provide acupuncture to the community within the general hospital. Miriam also developed private practices in Glasgow, Scotland and Laos, South East Asia; overcoming language and social barriers in the name of healthcare.

Miriam completed a Sports Medicine Acupuncture Program C.SMA, focusing on postural analysis and structural integration, all in the effort to provide her patients with the best information for relief.

Miriam is no stranger to work or adventure. She strives to bring Traditional Chinese Medicine to anyone who has a need. She delivers her years of experience with her gentle demeanor and warm bedside manner.
